ABOUT ME

As a young girl I always had a strong interest in art and design. My childhood home was full of bright colors, and my parents had an extensive art collection. Growing up in this type of home fueled my passion for design. I loved to create things as a child, and as I got older I started to rearrange my furniture and paint the walls of my room. Any time my mom wasn’t busy, I would ask her if we could drive around and look at houses, because I loved to just admire the exterior beauty. As I got older, I realized I could use this passion in my career path, and I decided to go to school to study interior design.

When I am not working on design projects, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. My mother and sister have a huge impact on my life and have always encouraged me to pursue a career in interior design. I also love to cook. In the summer you can find me at the lake with my friends, or going on adventures to explore Colorado. When it gets cold, you can find me relaxing by the fireplace listening to podcasts or trying new recipes. I really believe that food brings people together, whether it’s cooking at home or trying out a new restaurant. Cooking allows me to express my tastes and be adventurous, and if you mess something up, you can always order a pizza. I plan one day to entertain my friends and family in a home I will design for myself.
