Bold blues and warm wood tones give this bathroom a modern take on a spa-like ambiance. As this is a remodel of a bathroom in my current home, this design can be implemented on a minimal budget, while still providing  an updated look.

Dark blacks, crisp whites, and warm touches of wood in this design create a sleek, modern kitchen. As this is the kitchen in my current home, I really wanted to upgrade all finishes and appliances to my own taste, while still retaining a strong resale value.

The space has been slightly enlarged by moving and decreasing the size of the back door. With much more cabinetry and counter space, there will surely be enough storage for all items and space for two people to be in the kitchen comfortably.
